Veterans Day Photoshoot

We're putting together a special video to honor those at FOL who've served in the military or are currently serving.

On two different Sundays, at two different times, we're holding a photoshoot when we'll take pictures of the FOL military men and women individually.

Please fill out the form below if you'd like to participate and choose a time that works better for you. You may opt out of the photoshoot, we will just put your name and military information in the video.
